HUGRO® natural litter for small animals is obtained from the inner spongy core of the hemp stalk. The capillary structures developed by nature ensure a uniquely high moisture retention. A unique feature that only the hemp plant has been endowed with by nature!

HUGRO® Natural Litter binds 1.5 times more liquid than linen litter and twice as much as wood shavings. This means that HUGRO® Natural Litter also takes first place in ammonia binding. The unique preparation and special cleaning processes make HUGRO® Natural Litter suitable for all small animals!

HUGRO® Natural Litter is also particularly suitable for small rodent species, which build their burrows and nests in the litter. Burrows and dens built by rodents do not collapse and are stable. Even young animals thrive very well in the nests built in the litter. No danger of suffocation or poisoning of rodent babies born in HUGRO® Natural Litter. Der Preis ist vergleichsweise teuer, aber für mich lohnt es sich. Damit gegrabene Gänge halten, muss Heu, Stroh oder ähnliches mit angeboten oder untergemischt werden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Streu.

Gutes Streu, saugstark!

Ich bin seit Jahren überzeugt von Hugro Hanfstreu und nutze es für meine Pflegegehege, die hauptsächlich von Farbmäusen bewohnt werden. Gemischt mit Heu, Stroh, Baumwollstreu usw. ist es auch für den Buddelbereich geeignet. Generell saugt es recht gut und es stinkt nicht so schnell, wie ich es von normalen Holzspänen gewohnt war.

Hugro Hanfstreu ist tolles Streu, das gut saugt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Es staubt so gut wie gar nicht, außer es steht schon länger offen herum. Aber jede Streusorte staubt mehr, je länger es offen steht. Eine frisch geöffnete Packung staubt quasi gar nicht.
