Article reviews

The rating stars displayed in the shop represent the average of all submitted and activated ratings of the corresponding product. The result displayed is therefore an average value from verified and unverified purchases. Verified purchases are reviews that were clearly made after a corresponding order of this product in our shop. In the detailed area of the article, in the tab Ratings, you will receive more detailed information about the ratings given.

Correspondingly verified reviews, which were carried out after an order in our shop, receive a marking about the verification and have this at the corresponding rating in the rating bar. Verified reviews are reviews from customers who have ordered and received the item.

The purchase verification was introduced on 28.05.2022 and applied to product reviews received after this date. Reviews before this date are considered unverified reviews without the corresponding marking, this means that no verification has taken place whether this review was made after the product purchase in our shop.
