Deliveries to non-EU countries: Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, America, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea, Mexico

Note for orders to non-EU countries: For orders with billing and delivery address to thesenon-EU countries, we do not charge you German VAT. You only pay the VAT/import turnover tax when you receive your goods in the respective country. However, the shipping costs are significantly higher than when shipping to Germany, due to the customs fees that DHL handles (DDP).

Note: Sea, shipping by sea, can take between 4-6 weeks. Air, shipping by air usually takes 1-2 weeks.

DHL Packstation

We can also deliver your order to a DHL Packstation. All you have to do is enter the Packstation in the address field under alternative delivery address. This service is currently only available in Germany. Enter the Packstation in the field for the street and house number, and the postal number in the field for the additional address. Payment by invoice or instalment purchase is not possible for Packstation delivery.

DHL Switzerland - meineinkauf.ch

For customers in Switzerland we offer in cooperation with meineinkauf.ch a customs compliant and cheap shipping alternative. Delivery is made directly to your home. You can find more information at www.meineinkauf.ch or in the FAQ below.

Pick up in our warehouse

You can also collect the parcel from our warehouse. Please contact us by e-mail beforehand to arrange an appointment. This way we can prepare the package and let you know if everything is in stock or if there will be a short delay. There are no shipping costs for you. The order must be paid for by the time of collection.

Delivery times

If no other delivery time is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany and within 2 - 5 days for deliveries abroad. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

To ensure a fast and safe delivery we work together with DHL. Most of our shipments are sent within 24 hours. If the parcel carrier does not reach you on delivery, he will leave a notification card in your letterbox with which you (with your identity card) can collect your parcel from the post office. In addition, direct deliveries to post offices, Packstations, a desired location and to your DHL parcel box are possible. Every delivery is insured and you can track your parcel at any time using the DHL tracking system. Deliveries are made MO-SA (except public holidays). We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Our parcels are packed with a maximum of 31 kg of goods. Orders with a higher weight will be sent in two or more parcels (depending on the weight).
