Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Prepayment

We have removed the prepayment in our online shop, because you have the possibility to pay with PayPal via direct debit, Sofort (TÜV-checked data protection) from Klarna or via GiroPay. This automatically offers you buyer protection and makes the ordering process easier for us. You do not have to register for the payment services, and no data will be stored.

PayPal

Paypal is a very convenient way to pay for all purchases on the internet with just a few clicks. All orders are also insured up to 500 euros via the PayPal provider. If you do not yet use this service, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout process. If you pay with PayPal, we will ship your order as soon as possible. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to make the payment when you complete your order.

Credit card payment

When paying by credit card, the security of your data is our top priority. The legal requirements for credit card payment are very high in terms of security requirements. Therefore we process the payment via our service provider PayPal. You enter the credit card and verification number at the end of the order process on the PayPal page. The payment is then carried out. The data will be deleted immediately afterwards. You do not need a PayPal account for this payment method.

Direct debit (SEPA)

You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page when you complete your order. This forwarding is encrypted and therefore offers you the highest possible data security. There you can enter your bank details. The invoice amount will be collected by PayPal and transferred to us. Of course, there are no additional costs for this method of payment. You do not need to register with PayPal, as this payment method was developed by PayPal for customers without PayPal. The data will be deleted immediately afterwards.

Purchase on account | Ratepay

You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site when you complete your order. This forwarding is encrypted and therefore offers you the highest possible data security. After your purchase you will receive an e-mail with your payment information directly from PayPal (Ratepay). You will receive an invoice from us. However, please do not transfer the amount to us, but to PayPal (Ratepay), otherwise PayPal may charge late fees. The payment deadline can be found in the PayPal payment information. With this payment method there are of course no additional costs. You do not need a PayPal account for this payment method. Your data will be deleted immediately afterwards.

GiroPay

With giropay you pay easily, quickly and securely in the online banking of your participating bank or savings bank. You will be redirected directly to the online banking of your bank, where you release the transfer by entering PIN and TAN. The payment is processed directly via your current account and your account information is neither passed on to us nor to a third party provider.

Klarna.

Sofort | Sofortüberweisung

Sofortüberweisung (formerly "Sofort.") is an easy-to-use and secure direct transfer method with TÜV-tested data protection. You have several options, you can pay by credit card, direct debit or Sofort. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the Klarna website, where you can order the transfer of the invoice amount. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) - without registering. After your order, we receive a real-time confirmation of your payment and can thus make the goods ready for dispatch immediately. The advantage over prepayment is: Your transactions carried out with Sofortüberweisung are insured against PIN/TAN misuse, phishing and pharming with up to 5,000, - EUR per individual case. Purchase on account

With our partner Klarna, payment on account is possible free of charge. The entire payment transaction is handled by Klarna GmbH. The Klarna invoice conditions apply. Secure and easy you pay your goods only after you have received and checked them. The invoice will be sent to you by Klarna by e-mail. You have 14 days to pay the invoice. Please transfer the invoice amount exclusively to the bank details provided by Klarna, and not to our bank account! Please take the account details from the Klarna email for the invoice, you will receive this separately from Klarna as soon as the shipment has been sent. Please note that "Purchase on account with Klarna." is only available for consumers who are at least 18 years old and for private customers. Furthermore, the payment method is not offered for different delivery recipients or for delivery to a parcel station.

Instalment purchase

All payment transactions are handled by Klarna GmbH. With Klarna financing, you can buy today and split your costs into fixed or flexible instalments for up to 24 months. You can opt for Klarna instalment purchase directly at the checkout or select the desired instalment payment as a payment option in the Klarna app for your order (if listed). From then on, you will regularly receive your monthly statement and decide for yourself how much you want to pay (but at least the amount stated as the minimum amount on your monthly statement). You can also repay the outstanding amount in full at any time. The monthly statement is always sent in the middle of the month. If you use the payment by instalments option for the first time, we will send you the first monthly statement in the following month. It is important to note that you should always use the same e-mail address when buying by instalments, otherwise you will make several instalment purchases with each new e-mail address. This means that you have to log in to your customer account or the app with each of these email addresses, as not all completed instalment purchases can be displayed in the Klarna app with different details. AmazonPay

With Amazon Pay you can pay with the payment and shipping information from your Amazon customer account. This makes shopping with us fast, easy and secure. If you use Pay via Amazon Pay, you do not need to set up a customer account, but can pay directly with the data from your Amazon account. Simply click on the button Pay via Amazon Pay in the shopping basket. You can then select the desired payment method (e.g. credit card or direct debit) and the shipping address from your data stored with Amazon and complete your purchase with us.

Vouchers

Do you have a voucher that you would like to use for your order? Then you can redeem it in the shopping basket. If the voucher does not cover the entire invoice amount, you can select one of the payment methods listed above to pay the difference. Should the voucher show a higher amount than the value of your current order, the remaining amount will of course be retained. You can then simply redeem the remaining value on your next order by using the code again in the shopping basket.

Note

You may not be offered all the payment methods we provide during the order process. Restrictions in the choice of payment methods may arise as a result of credit checks, for other reasons such as the country of delivery or a different customer category.

Security during payment!

We use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with 256-bit encryption for data transfer. This technology offers the highest level of security and is used by us for data protection. You can tell that data is being transferred in encrypted form by the closed display of a key or lock symbol in the status bar of your browser. Your order, personal data and payment details are protected by technical security systems and additional authorisation procedures. This applies both to the transfer of the data and to its storage on our server.
