Reliably prevents the wheel from sinking into the litter.

Setting up an enclosure for small rodents should always be well thought out. Not only which furnishings are offered, but also how they are placed is important so that they cannot become a danger for the animal. For example, a heavy sand bath directly on the litter can quickly sink when dug under and bury the animal! Therefore, all heavy objects must be secured by positioning them on a stable level. Levels also provide the opportunity to place bowls and drinkers and even our running wheels without them being buried in the litter.

The feet are simply inserted into the tier and can be glued in place with the animal-friendly wood glue if desired. It is up to your individual needs whether you place the tier on the right or left side, because the tier can be used on both sides.
