Sophia from the Cucumber Thieves was allowed to test our new gardens

Thecucumber thieves had the honour of trying out two great grain-free food mixtures from Getzoo.
The mixtures are new in the Getzoo range . They are the ''Vegetable Garden'' and ''Herb Garden''. Composition and prices see below in the links!

The mixtures were delivered in sturdy bags. A plus point is that the bags can be resealed with a click closure. When opening the bags, I was greeted by a fragrant scent. Fresh, pleasant, dry (not musty). ''Herb Garden'' honestly smells like heaven - I also sniffed out the lavender.

At first glance, the blends look high quality. The contents of the bags are clearly visible and rich in texture, you can see many different herbs and flowers. Everything has a healthy colour and has probably been gently dried. The leaves are whole and everything is well mixed, so the piggies can select well what they like to eat. I often know it in herb bags that there is a ''knot'' of coarse leaves at the top and the crumbs collect at the bottom. That is not the case here. Generally, no crumbs have collected at the bottom of the bag.
I have distributed the mixtures to the different enclosures of the piggies. The contents of the bags are rich and can be easily portioned by hand without half of the herbs ending up on the floor. The description on the website says that the mixtures are suitable as a hay topping. I have distributed them in the bowls so that I can better see if and what is being eaten.
The piggies immediately started a lunge into their bowls.Apparently the mice seem to like it! They have to crunch hard to eat the leaves.
I am very enthusiastic about the mixes and would be happy to recommend them to others. The mixtures seem to be a good ''winter food'' and a good alternative to the fresh herbs and grasses that the piggies eat in spring and summer.
Many thanks to the Getzoo company!
