Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-5 days. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

DHL Packstation

Delivery to DHL Packstations is only possible in Germany. When entering the address, enter the Packstation and postcode under different delivery address. Payment on account or instalment purchase is not possible for Packstation delivery.

DHL Great Britain

Delivery to the UK is carried out by our reliable partner Parcel Force (Royal Mail). Two delivery attempts will be made to the specified recipient address. If both delivery attempts fail, the parcel can be collected from a nearby branch. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday.

Please note that if the invoice amount exceeds £135 (approx. €160), VAT must be paid in pounds sterling at the current exchange rate when importing to the UK. How do I know when my package has been shipped?

Once your package is handed over to DHL, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then check online where your package is located, usually by the evening of the same business day.

I entered the tracking number, but my package is not found. What can I do?

The tracking number will only appear online several hours after the package has been picked up and scanned by the shipping provider. Please try again later.

Can I have my order shipped to a Packstation or post office branch?

We can ship your order to a Packstation of your choice. Alternatively, delivery to a nearby post office branch is also possible. Please enter your preferred Packstation or post office branch as the delivery address during the checkout process.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is currently not available. However, we ship all orders no later than the next business day, provided the product is in stock.

Who delivers my items?

We want you to be satisfied with your order's delivery, which is why we partner with DHL.

What happens if I'm not home?

If you are generally unavailable at home, you can specify a different delivery address in advance (e.g., workplace) or choose delivery to a parcel shop. Typically, our shipping provider will attempt delivery multiple times at the provided address. After the package has been shipped, you can also specify a desired drop-off location with DHL.

Packstation – What happens with packages that are too large?

Shipments sent to a DHL Packstation but unsuitable due to size are usually redirected to a nearby post office branch.

How long is the delivery time? Where is my package?

We usually ship your order by the next business day. Your order should therefore arrive within 2-5 days. If a package takes longer than 7 business days, please contact us.

How does meineinkauf.ch work?

1. Register at www.meineinkauf.ch. After registration, you will receive a personal email address in the form firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch.

2. Use this personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to create a customer account in our shop, or simply change the address in your existing account.

3. Order the desired products in our online shop using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

4. As both shipping AND billing address, use exclusively:
