Packaging
Pack the items securely and well-padded in a suitable shipping box. Include the return or cancellation form, and then ship the package.
Refunds and Replacements
After we receive your returned items, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund via your original payment method.

Frequently asked questions about complaints & exchanges

No, you can simply send the return directly to us. A completed returns slip will help us to process your return.
You have the option of returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt.
If you make use of your right of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the event of a warranty claim, the return is always free of charge. In both cases you can of course use our return label (DHL), as a gesture of goodwill we do not charge for this most of the time.
The item must be returned undamaged and without signs of use.

Either use the returns slip that was sent to you by e-mail or simply create a new one here. Customers outside of Germany must unfortunately send the parcel to us in advance at their own expense, we will then refund the amount of the shipping costs. Unfortunately, we have no other option for returns outside of Germany.

That's no problem either! There is always a QR code on the returns label that we have sent by email with the order confirmation or from here(DHL returns label). Simply show this QR code at the post office and they should print out the return label for you. In this case, perhaps simply enclose the invoice again so that we can assign the whole thing more easily.
