Loyalty discount - secure discounts!
In our shop you have the opportunity to get up to 10% discount! You will receive certain vouchers or direct discounts for your next purchase for various options in our online shop. The reviews should of course be completely unbiased, as we are very interested in your opinion of the products. On the other hand, we need your express consent to display these reviews in our shop. You can find a small overview of the possible vouchers here:

Please note that a new level is only assigned 45 days after an order has been placed. The turnover is always based on the last 365 days, i.e. not the calendar year! Secondly, returns are not taken into account. The loyalty discount is automatically deducted with every order and therefore does not require a voucher code!
The loyalty discount can be combined with the following voucher codes:
5 % for product reviews
If you have activated the option in the order completion, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the product reviews 14 days after dispatch or you have the option of leaving the reviews with your customer account. You will then receive a 5% voucher for your next purchase in our shop. You can also leave an anonymous review, so please let us know your positive or negative opinion so that we can improve.
10% for your birthday
You will receive a voucher worth 10% from us for your birthday, which you can then simply use for your next purchase.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we would be delighted if you could share your impressions and feedback with us. It would be great if you could take the time to write a review on Google. Because then you will also help other customers with their selection and especially us. To write and submit your review, all you need to do is click! The reviews should of course be completely unbiased, we do not remunerate Google reviews to prevent distortion of competition.
There can be several reasons for this, the turnover is automatically updated after 45 days. The reason for this is that we take into account the 30-day right of return, and orders with returns are not included in the turnover for the loyalty discount.
No, the discount is automatically deducted in the shopping basket. This has the advantage that you can also use another voucher, e.g. a voucher code for the product reviews or your personal birthday voucher code. Discounts of up to 20% on your order are possible!
That's not a problem! You can still register in our shop afterwards and create a customer account. Simply contact us by e-mail and send us your customer number, then we can allocate the last order to your new account.
